Searching for a fitness partner to meet your lifestyle? Horizon Fitness is part of a worldwide leader, Johnson Health Tech who has set themselves apart in the exercise industry for over 35 years. Their headquarters is based in Taiwan, while North America operations are based just outside of Madison, Wisconsin. The Wisconsin location is where they design their award-winning residential and commercial fitness equipment.
They truly believe in helping the consumer reach their goals. They began producing recumbent bikes in July 2007. Their initial target when they returned to the bike industry was first-time fitness equipment users who wanted quality and bike that was comfortable and easy to use.
The pros of these bikes are they are easy to enter and exit, they have a long warranty on the bikes so if anything happens, consumers can go back return them to the place they purchased them. When reviewing their social media page, they appear to be concerned about the consumer and trying to get them answers. The cons are it really varies when it comes to customer service the experience you are going to receive. Some have had a good experience and received the help they needed; while others were very unhappy with the service they got. Getting service outside the US may be a little difficult and require some time and patience for the buyer.
Horizon’s popular recumbent bike is fully adjustable for users of all heights and features a step-through frame design – meaning you don’t have to step over or around any bars to get on or off the bike!
